Subject + 怎么 + Verb？
怎么 (zěnme) + verb asks about manner: “how?”.
你怎么去医院？ (How do you get to the hospital?) → 我坐车去.
这个字怎么读？ (How do you read this character?)
去机场怎么走？ (How do I get to the airport?)
As always, 怎么 stays in place, before the verb.
Bonus: with a surprised tone, 怎么 also means “how come / why”: 你怎么没来？ (How come you didn't come?). At level 2 you'll meet 怎么样 (“how is…? / how about…?”).

Common mistakes
✗ 怎么你去？ → ✓ 你怎么去？
✗ 你去怎么？ → ✓ 你怎么去？ (怎么 before the verb).
✗ 你怎么去吗？ → ✓ 你怎么去？
