Two written adverbs of confident prediction:
• 势必 ("by the force of circumstances"): the result follows logically from current trends, "bound to", "inevitably". Often for a risk.
• 必将 ("will surely"): a confident statement about the future, often positive and solemn (official speeches): 必将取得成功.
Both go after the subject, before the verb.
Examples
贸易保护主义势必影响全球经济的增长。
Màoyì bǎohù zhǔyì shìbì yǐngxiǎng quánqiú jīngjì de zēngzhǎng.Trade protectionism is bound to affect global economic growth.
人口老龄化势必会增加医疗支出。
Rénkǒu lǎolínghuà shìbì huì zēngjiā yīliáo zhīchū.Population ageing will inevitably raise healthcare spending.

Gè guó jiāqiáng hézuò, bìjiāng dài lái gòngtóng fāzhǎn.Stronger cooperation among nations will surely bring shared development.
Common mistakes
✗ 势必 for a personal wish: ✗ 我势必去旅游 → it's a deduction from a trend.
✗ 必将 in casual talk: too solemn → ✓ 肯定会。
