对…来说 / 在…看来: for…, in…'s view

对(于) + 人 + 来说，… | 在 + 人 + 看来，…
Two very common frames showing whose perspective you're speaking from:
• 对…来说: "for someone", how the situation affects that person (hard for him, important to me).
• 在…看来: "in someone's view", that person's opinion.
Both go at the start of the sentence. Don't say ✗ 对我说 → it means "to say to me"; you need 来说.
Examples
对老年人来说，用手机挂号并不容易。
Duì lǎoniánrén lái shuō, yòng shǒujī guàhào bìng bù róngyì.For elderly people, booking hospital appointments by phone isn't easy at all.
在我看来，健康比钱更重要。
Zài wǒ kàn lái, jiànkāng bǐ qián gèng zhòngyào.In my view, health matters more than money.
在父母看来，孩子永远是孩子。
Zài fùmǔ kàn lái, háizi yǒngyuǎn shì háizi.To parents, a child is always a child.
Common mistakes
✗ 对我说，这很难。→ ✓ 对我来说，这很难。
✗ 我看来… → ✓ 在我看来… (don't forget 在)
✗ 在我看来 + 我觉得 is redundant; pick one.
