就…而言: as far as… is concerned

就 + N/aspect + 而言/来说，…
就…而言 (written) or 就…来说 (more neutral) sets the angle or aspect you're judging from: "as far as… is concerned", "in terms of…".
It's used to nuance: you assess one aspect while implying others may differ. Close to 对…来说, but 就…而言 is more about an aspect (就价格而言) than a person.
Examples
就性格而言，他比较内向。
Jiù xìnggé ér yán, tā bǐjiào nèixiàng.In terms of personality, he's rather introverted.
就目前的情况来说，我们还不能放松。
Jiù mùqián de qíngkuàng lái shuō, wǒmen hái bù néng fàngsōng.As things stand, we can't relax yet.
就心理健康而言，睡眠和运动同样重要。
Jiù xīnlǐ jiànkāng ér yán, shuìmián hé yùndòng tóngyàng zhòngyào.As far as mental health goes, sleep and exercise matter equally.
Common mistakes
✗ 就性格来看而言: don't stack frames.
✗ Reading 而言 as *ér yàn*: ✓ *ér yán*.
✗ 就我而言 is fine ("as for me"), but not ✗ 就我来看而言.
